Model AKG-F 360° Full View Sight Flow Indicator
Flanged Full View SFI — Complete 360° Process Visibility
The AKG-F is a full-view, flanged sight flow indicator that provides complete 360° visibility of process media. This design ensures maximum observation of system fluid flow and condition.
Units are best suited for vertical installation. Horizontal mounting is permitted when no mechanical forces are exerted on the glass cylinder.
Standard sizes range from ½″ to 12″ with ASME Class 150 flanged end connections. Standard flange materials are zinc-plated carbon steel or 316 stainless steel, with additional materials available upon request. Sight tubes are borosilicate glass as standard, and gaskets are PTFE envelope with silicone insert.
Standard units are rated for full vacuum service. The maximum temperature rating is 350°F (177°C), although actual limits may be lower depending on the gasket material selected.
