Direct Vessel Mounting — Models RLG (Reflex) and TLG (Transparent)
Northeast Controls Weld Pad Level Gages are designed to be welded directly to tanks and vessels, eliminating the need for external piping and reducing installation complexity. By mounting directly to the vessel wall, weld pad gages minimize potential leak points and provide a compact, low-profile installation.
Available in reflex style (Model RLG) for high-contrast liquid/vapor indication, and transparent style (Model TLG) for full visibility of liquid level, color, and interface layers. Custom vessel contour machining is available to match the curvature of cylindrical vessels.
Weld pad gages are an ideal solution for applications where nozzle space is limited, where a streamlined installation is preferred, or where minimizing external connections is a priority for safety or maintenance reasons.
